The Santa Claus Christmas Store is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Store Manager, Assistant Manager-Operations, and Assistant Manager-Merchandise/Webstore.

All positions are responsible for creating a positive customer experience, supervising staff, planning and executing sales, and overseeing store operations. Typical work schedule consists of approximately 40-50 hours per week, including some day, night and weekend hours, as well as holidays.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years retail experience including supervision of employees, merchandising, and shrink control. Store Manager candidates with merchandise buying experience preferred. Assistant Manager-Merchandise/Webstore candidates with online or catalog sales experience preferred.
