In May 2002, a new company was formed by Philip J. Koch and his sister Kristi George...separating from their family-owned business Koch Development Corporation. HO HO HOldings, LLC, with Philip Koch serving as President/CEO, owns and operates Lake Rudolph Campground & RV Resort, Kringle Place Shopping Center, and Santa’s land, LLC. The company is based in Santa Claus, Indiana and corporate offices are located at Lake Rudolph Campground & RV Resort.
