HO HO HOldings, LLC is a family-owned business headquartered and operating in the Southern Indiana town of Santa Claus. HO HO HOldings, LLC was founded in 2002 by Philip J. Koch and his sister Kristi George with three (3) operating divisions:

  1. Lake Rudolph Campground & RV Resort
  2. Kringle Place Shopping Center
  3. Santa’s Land, LLC

Until May 2002, these properties were owned and operated by Koch Development Corporation founded by William A. Koch (the father of Philip & Kristi). Koch Development Corporation was responsible for the development of the nation’s first theme park, Santa Claus Land (now Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari), Lake Rudolph Campground & RV Resort, Kringle Place, Christmas Lake Golf Course, and the two (2) main residential subdivisions in the town of Santa Claus, Christmas Lake Village and Holiday Village.  Koch Development Corporation continues to operate Holiday World & Splashin' Safari and Holiday Village.  

Philip Koch serves at the President/CEO and Treasurer of HO HO HOldings, LLC along with Jim George as the Vice President, and Kristi George as the Secretary. Corporate offices are located at Lake Rudolph Campground & RV Resort at 78 North Holiday Blvd. in Santa Claus.
